Intellectual Property Survey Readiness Assessment

This product is designed for attorneys looking to determine the costs and feasibility of undertaking intellectual property litigation surveys.  The product consists of a questionnaire that can be completed and returned to us by email for evaluation.

Deliverables:

From the information gathered, I will then develop the following deliverables:

1. Whether I believe a survey is warranted.

2. Possible ways of doing a survey.

3. Specific costs of executing such a survey or surveys.

4. Anticipated time frames for completing the survey and developing

    the research report.

The Process:

1. Please send an email to jberger@jamesberger.net indicating your intention to move ahead with this product and indicate any questions.

2. After payment is received, you will be sent the Intellectual

    Property Survey Readiness Assessment by email.

3. Complete the Survey and return it by email.

4. Receipt of this Assessment will generate a telephone call.

5. We will evaluate your matter and email you our analysis and     recommendation.

6. A final phone call from James Berger will complete the process.

Cost:

The cost of participating in this program is $300 payable in advance.  Payment can be made by check or credit card by using the PayPal "Buy Now" button below.
